Which is a better tag line? Sexy without Risk or Zero to Sexy? I wonder. Would Sexy without Risk include massages or what would be a better tag line to include massages. Running a small business is a lot of work and now I know why it is good to have people to bounce ideas off of. Anybody out there listening?

Massage therapist not masseuse
Remember when we called the masseuses and along with that came all kinds of ideas of shady business. Massage therapists get a bad rap. People that are not educated to the professionalism of massage therapist sometimes get the wrong idea. This puts the massage therapists in a bad spot. Sometimes clients come in expecting more than just a massage. Shall we say a dessert is expected. How many professions have to deal with such things? They are trained professionals not shady "escort services." Get a life folks.

How do you know what to blog about tanning and massages?
As I sit here at the cabana, I wonder what would people like to know. Shimmer Place offers excellent organic spray tanning and and super massages but that is not what they want to hear about. I often get questions such as "Does it turn you orange?" Not ours. I have told several clients, "If you turn orange, I will give you your money back." I remember listening to the entrepreneur who developed Ivory soap. He said it is so good for you, you can eat it and the man chomped off a big bite of the soap. That was impressive. I don't think I will drink any tanning solution anytime soon but I do know that April accidentally sprayed the solution in Tina's eyes and Tina was fine. No redness, no swelling, nothing. I was amazed that our tanning solution did not cause any reaction. That was quiet a testament. In addition, the the Shimmer tan is so natural looking and a person can look sexy without risk.
In addition, I know Sandy is an excellent massage therapist. Her massages don't feel like a feather. She gives you a good deep tissue massage and all those nasty knots are gone from your back. Who isn't stressed these days. We all are. Sandy helps to work the effects of that stress from your body. Saturday, January 28, 2012
Fawn Feather expo today
We participated in the Fawn Feather event today. Met a lot of wonderful people who we enjoyed talking to. Weather was perfect for it. I think we convinced some folks that organic spray tanning is the way to go. I was surprised at the number of people who did not realize that it is all organic and that more than white people get spray tanned. Seeing is believing. So glad I had Rhonda's picture on our Facebook page. People of color whether they are Asian, Indian, Hispanic, or Black enjoy our organic spray because it gives them a beautiful glow and evens out their skin tones. In addition, people of color have a higher rate of skin cancer because they do not think they have to worry about skin cancer. Go to our website and take a look at Rhonda's comments. :-)

Why do young people not realize the danger of tanning beds?
I research skin cancer because I own an organic spray tanning business. The more I read; the more I wonder why young people (especially females) don't realize what those tanning beds do to them. How do you make them realize the dangers of tanning beds and this too can happen to you. In addition, how much they will regret it when they are my age (if they make it to 56). If I could figure that out, I would love it.

Organic tanning not tanning beds: Tanning beds cost compared to spray tanning cost: Spray tan prices vary from salon to salon. Single spray tanning session can range from $25 to $60 but Shimmer Place tans are $35 for a sin...
